Hair Plus Salon Suites began in 2016 to help fill a need for beauty professionals to achieve financial and artistic independence by breaking free from the old paradigms of hourly employment, commission-based “independent contractor” work, and “booth rental.” Here, you can have your own salon with your own four walls to decorate as you please, play the music you want, and create the brand that you desire. Our suites are clean, modern, turn-key, fully optioned salons. Best of all, the rent is comparable to booth rental!

We are privately owned and have only one location. We are not a high-priced “chain” operation or a franchise. We provide a high-value solution with top-notch amenities at a reasonable price point. We have twenty-two salons in a one-story freestanding building (which we share with a children’s daycare). We pride ourselves on maintaining a clean facility with high professional standards and a collegial atmosphere. We hope you will check us out!

Please be aware that we do not offer space for nail technicians or massage therapists. Also, the city zoning does not allow invasive esthetician services (permanent makeup), as it falls under the category of tattooing. ​
